From the wet looking base coat clear coat Honda Red paint to the Carson Top, Seats and upholstery by Griffey, this Bad Boyz Toy is pleasing to the eye. This rolling Madonna is a steel body 39 Ford Convertible that's had the head lights frenched and molded along with smoothing of the hood, doors and trunk. The trunk by the way is a hard to find item on this car. She also has a chopped top and windshield, smoothed firewall, custom stainless grill and flush mounted tail lights. To really smooth her out the finishing touch on the body was fabricating lower door panels to replace the running boards. The result is a smooth body line that flows to the ground. NICE TOUCH! Inside you will find a plush comfortable interior by Griffey set off with a custom billet dash dressed up with VDO Gauges, vintage air which is controlled from the glove box, speciality power windows,tilt wheel and more. Under the skin you will find RON FRANCIS Body & Street & Performance ECU Harness with GM Controller with Hypertech Chip. Under the hood you will find a tricked out 305 ci Tune Port GM power plant that is as detailed as you will find anywhere and cooled with a walker radiator. This beautiful engine is hooked up to a 350 turbo transmission with a Gennie Shifter that connects to a 9" Ford rear end (2.78:1.00 ratio). Grabbing the road on Real Wheels with custom knock off caps, 15 X 8 REARS, 14 X 7 FRONTS. She rides and drives like she looks. SMOOTH! All of this is built on a 39 frame with X member ground smooth and painted, stainless fasteners, Bell chrome front axle and spring. The exhaust runs through the frame and is coated.
