So you want
to buy a nice bike for the family to enjoy.Well in reality it
is about impossible for the whole family to really enjoy a 2
seater isn't it? Well this is the answer to that problem. Buy
this restored 1967 Harley Davidson Servi-car and bring the whole
family along! This little jewel has been completely restored
and has less than 300 miles on her fresh rebuild. The engine
is the original 45 cubic inch Flathead that has been completely
rebuilt. The air cleaner, aluminum heads, tin primary, coil cover,
ignition cover, cam cover and oil lines are all show chrome and
in excellent condition as are the exhaust pipes. She is carburated
by a Linkert and she purrs like a kitten. The electrical is 12
volt. It has a rebuilt generator, solid state regulator, rebuilt
electric start assembly, new auto advance distributor, turn signals
and halogen headlight. It is driven by the original 3 speed transmission
(with reverse) that has been totally rebuilt. Shifting is via
the tank with the original foot operated clutch. Paint is base
clear jet black and the dash trim and gauges are like new. The
rest of the chrome is in excellent condition as are the 24k gold
badges on the tank. The drivers seat is a plunger type done in
black leather and is in excellent condition. The owner has installed
a custom built rear bench mounted seat on an aluminum plate covered
in black leather. The seat is in top condition with no wear.
Gold plated studs surround the trim on the seat. The front suspension
is from a 1982 era HD. The narrow glide forks have chromed trees,
lower legs, and handle bar risers. The handle bars are 15"
apes mounted with 1982 era OEM controls that are show chromed.
The stock rear leaf spring suspension has been improved with
the addition of chrome springs and shocks with the stock HD rear
end. There are also Front dual disc calipers that have been show
chromed. The entire front suspension has been rebuilt. The front
fender is custom and in excellent condition, The rear fenders
are maple wood and also in excellent condition. The gas tanks
are original HD units in excellent condition. The rear trunk
is a unit from a 20's era automobile and painted black. The frame
is an original HD unit that has been re painted gloss black and
is damage free. This trike rides on new Dunlop Gold Seal front
tire mounted to a 19" chrome rim with stainless spokes.
The rear tires are Continental 175/70R14's mounted to Tru-Spoke
wheels that are in excellent condition. This puppy rides and
handles like a dream. Truly a good family get away trike or a
good addition to any collection. Lots of love and attention went
into the building of this 1967 Servi-car. It was custom built
by the same gentleman who restored the Indian motorcycles on
the Indians page here at my site. Be sure and check out his fine

open road and enjoy what she was made for. She is currently looking
