Ok Bow Tie Fans. If your looking
to get into a strip cruising, all steel street rod then you need
to take a serious look at this custom 1930 Chevy 3 Window Coupe.
This bad boy will turn RPM's as well as it turns heads. It is
an original all steel car built over a custom frame channelled
6 to 7 inches. The floor pans in the car have been dropped 6
inches to improve leg room and the head room is great. (Current
owner is 6 foot plus) It is painted Orange Pearl Flame with
custom graphics. Inside you will find all the nice creature features
you expect in a top of the line street rod including a beautiful,
diamond pleated Burnt Orange and Tan cloth interior. The seats
are cushioned with a gel pad so lower profile seats could be
used to improve headroom. It also features power windows, power
doors, power trunk, custom Stereo w/CD, GM tilt column with a
wood grain steering wheel by IDidit, tinted windows(all new safety
glass), hand made custom dash with a custom billet gauge panel
filled with Stewart Warner Gauges to dress it up, Chrome Lokar
Brake lever, seat belts, B&M Ratchet shifter and a fire extinguisher.
This bad boy is powered by a 302 Chevy engine fed by a pair of
500 Edlbrock carburettors mounted to a polished aluminium Edlbrock
Street Tunnel Ram. The tunnel ram has been computer matched by
Edlbrock with the correct cam, springs and retainers to get the
best performance from the set up. Owner estimates about 400 hp
at the rear wheels. There is to much chrome and billet on the
engine to list but the pictures tell it all. The headers are
jet hot coated and feed a dual exhaust out the rear. It is cooled
by a 4 core Walker Radiator with an electric fan that is controlled
by switch inside. Runs cool in traffic or on the strip. Set up
with a 180 degree thermostat. The rear end set up is a 4 link
with adjustable Carrera Coil overs and shocks on all four corners.
The rear end is from an 88 Iroc and is a posi trac. Transmission
is a 350 turbo with s shift kit. The drive shaft has been resplined
to handle the horsepower. Under the front end you will find a
Fat Man Mustang II set up and for brakes you have disc on all
four wheels. All of the lines and fittings are stainless steel
and hoses all stainless braided as well. In the trunk you will
find a chrome battery box as well as the same interior cloth
finish. She rides on original Craggier Rocket Mags, NO KNOCK
OFFS HERE!. They have been rechromed and look like new. 14"
on the front and 15" in the rear. The fuel tank is a 13.3
gallon aluminium one and she gets and estimated 16 miles a gallon
on the highway. Drives and runs as good as she looks. This is
a real steel street rod and she is dressed for show or go. The
undercarriage is painted to match the rest of the car and is
in the same condition as the top side. Show or go it is priced
